Submit a Maintenance Request

For OCS clients who need something fixed. Tell us what's not working - we'll get on it and follow up promptly.

Submitted requests are logged to your client file. By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

A note on scope: The free-fix window covers the first month after launch, applies only to systems OCS built, and only while the code remains unchanged from what we delivered. Any modifications made by a third-party developer or agency void the guarantee. Beyond that first month, or for major changes to the delivered product - new features, redesigns, workflow overhauls - work is quoted as a separate paid project. We'll always tell you up front which bucket a request lands in.
The OCS Promise

First-Month Free-Fix Guarantee

For the first month after launch, if something we built isn't working the way it was meant to, we fix it at no cost. No tickets to chase, no surprise invoices.

The fine print: The guarantee only applies to systems OCS built and only while the code is unchanged from what we delivered. If a third-party developer, agency, or anyone outside OCS modifies the site or CRM, the guarantee is voided - we're happy to still help, but those fixes fall under paid work.
