A note on scope: Maintenance covers things that are broken or aren't working the way they were originally built. Major changes to the delivered product — new features, redesigns, workflow overhauls — fall outside maintenance and are quoted as separate paid projects. If your request lands in that second bucket, we'll let you know up front and put together a clear scope before any work begins.
