Live availability, online checkout, real bookings.
Rental businesses lose bookings every time a customer sees 'call for availability' and clicks the back button. OCS builds rental websites where availability is live, checkout is online, and deposits + waivers are handled before anyone shows up.
Where rental companies typically leak the most money.
Every OCS engagement, shaped for rental companies.

How our pricing actually works
We keep pricing honest and unfussy. Every build starts with a free initial draft. After that draft is approved and the deposit is paid, you get 2 more revision drafts included before per-draft fees kick in. Here's the full workflow:
Discovery call, scope, and initial mockup. Nothing due yet. If the direction isn't right, you don't pay.
Deposit collected after the first-draft approval - the moment we start real production work.
Two more full drafts included after the deposit. Room to refine copy, layout, and details.
Remaining balance due when the site or CRM ships live.
Layer on what your build actually needs.
Each add-on is tagged with which OCS service it applies to. Universal website add-ons live at the top; anything rental companies-specific is below.
SEO Page
Keyword-targeted page designed to rank for a specific service + location query.
Additional Page
Extra static page beyond the standard 5 (Portfolio, FAQ, Process, Case Studies, etc.).
High-Level Animation
Premium motion and interaction design for a specific hero or feature section.
Location Page with Blogs
Long-form location landing page + locally-relevant blog content, ranks in local search.
AI Chatbot
AI-powered chat trained on your site that qualifies leads and routes them to the right form.
Checkout Integration
Full online checkout with Stripe/Square - cart, tax, shipping, deposit or hold handling.
The invisible things we do so you don't have to.
Every OCS website build ships with these ten things done for you - the technical basics that make the difference between a site Google actually indexes and one that never shows up. In plain English, here's what that means.
Google Search Console + sitemap submission
We register your site with Google, submit your sitemap, and confirm every page is discoverable. This is how Google actually finds new pages - without it your site could sit unindexed for weeks.
Domain connection + DNS setup
We handle your domain end-to-end. If you already have a domain (GoDaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap), we point it at the site. If you don't, we help you buy one. No 'you sort out the DNS records' handoff.
sitemap.xml (machine-readable page directory)
A sitemap.xml is a small file that lists every page on your site in a format search engines read. Think of it as a table of contents for Google - it tells search engines what exists so nothing gets missed.
robots.txt (crawler instructions)
A robots.txt file tells search engines which parts of your site they're allowed to crawl. It protects your admin area, prevents wasted crawl budget on unimportant pages, and helps search engines focus on the pages that matter.
SSL / HTTPS certificate
The little padlock next to your URL. Without it, browsers show 'not secure' warnings that scare off customers. We install and renew it automatically.
Privacy Policy + Terms of Service (draft)
Every OCS build ships with professionally structured draft Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages tailored to a business collecting inquiry submissions and offering digital services online. These are starting drafts intended to give you a solid foundation before launch - they are not legal advice, and the final language you publish is your responsibility. We strongly recommend having your own attorney review and finalize both pages for your specific jurisdiction and business model. OCS does not review, warrant, or assume liability for the legal accuracy of these drafts.
Mobile responsive design
Your site works on every screen size from a 5-inch phone to a 27-inch monitor. Roughly 70% of your visitors will land from mobile - a site that's clunky on a phone is a site that loses jobs.
LocalBusiness schema markup
Structured data that tells search engines your business type, location, hours, services, and reviews in a format they can display directly in results. This is what powers rich search results and map-pack listings.
All ten are included with the Landing Page, Website, and every industry package. No upsells, no "starter" version, no "we'll get to it later."
OCS Care - content updates, on demand.
Once your site is live, most businesses only need occasional updates - a menu change, a new team member, a color refresh. Care covers those on demand at $100 per update round. No monthly subscription, no minimum, no cancellation to remember - you pay only when you actually need a change made.
- Text and copy edits (headlines, body copy, contact info, hours)
- Color and font tweaks within your existing design system
- Product, service, menu item, rental unit, vehicle, or listing changes (add / edit / remove within the existing structure)
- Staff, attorney, agent, or team bio updates
- Image swaps and gallery updates
- Priority email support during the update window
- New pages, new sections, or major layout changes
- New features or functionality of any kind
- Third-party integrations (payment, POS, CRM sync, MLS feeds, chatbots, etc.)
- Checkout setup or e-commerce additions
- Any item from the OCS add-on menu
- CRM changes of any kind - all CRM change requests are quoted separately
Care is available across every industry and every website tier. Reach out any time after launch with a batch of updates - each round is billed at $100 per update round and typically delivered within a few business days.
Request a Care update roundEvery OCS build is delivered so you own it end to end.
When a project is complete you retain every pertinent file - source code, design assets, hosting credentials, DNS access, database exports where applicable, and documentation. Nothing is locked behind an OCS-only account. If you ever want to bring in another developer or agency to continue the work, you can. The build is yours.
One honest caveat: once a build has been modified by a third party, OCS cannot guarantee that we can continue to support it or make future changes. Third-party edits can introduce dependencies, stylistic differences, and technical decisions we did not make and do not fully own. If you plan to return to OCS for ongoing work, we recommend keeping structural changes routed through us - but the choice is entirely yours, and the code is entirely yours.
OCS sells the custom code built for your project. Initial deployment to your infrastructure (hosting, database, email, domain) is complimentary at launch. Those services are operated by independent third parties (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, your registrar) under their own terms, pricing, and uptime.
CRM systems hold your business data. You are responsible for regular backups of the database, email templates, and configuration. We strongly recommend scheduled database exports to a location independent of your primary provider. OCS can set up managed backups as a paid add-on if you want that handled for you.

Common questions from rental companies.
How does the calendar sync work?
Either via iCal feeds (simple, 15-60 minute delay) or via API/webhook (real-time). For a single property, iCal is enough. For a fleet or multi-property portfolio, API/webhook or a channel manager is the right call.
Does OCS handle payments or just calendar?
Both. Checkout captures deposits, full payments, or authorization holds via Stripe (or Square). Damage waivers, IDs, and rental agreements are captured in the same flow.
What if I already use Airbnb/Vrbo?
The direct-booking website lives alongside your OTA listings. Bi-directional calendar sync means a booking on either side blocks the other, so no double-bookings.
Let's build the systems your business should have had years ago.
Book a call. We'll walk through your current setup, find the leaks, and map out what a website + CRM system would look like for your business - whether you're a service business, a product business, or anything in between.
