OCS for Real Estate

Listings, leads, and follow-up on autopilot.

Real estate runs on speed to lead. The agent who follows up in 5 minutes closes; the one who follows up next day loses. OCS builds real estate sites and CRMs that make sure the follow-up happens instantly - and that every listing gets found.

The pattern we see

Where real estate typically leak the most money.

MLS listings on the site are static screenshots or PDFs
Leads go to a personal email inbox and get missed on nights and weekends
There's no system for automated drip follow-up to old contacts
Buyer preferences (bedrooms, budget, location) aren't captured anywhere reusable
The website doesn't rank for the neighborhoods you actually work
Four Builds, One Fit

Every OCS engagement, shaped for real estate.

Landing Page, Website, Basic CRM, Upgraded CRM. Prices are our starting-at rates - actual quote after the discovery call.

How our pricing actually works

We keep pricing honest and unfussy. Every build starts with a free initial draft. After that draft is approved and the deposit is paid, you get 2 more revision drafts included before per-draft fees kick in. Here's the full workflow:

Step 01
Initial draft - free

Discovery call, scope, and initial mockup. Nothing due yet. If the direction isn't right, you don't pay.

Step 02
50% deposit

Deposit collected after the first-draft approval - the moment we start real production work.

Step 03
2 revision drafts

Two more full drafts included after the deposit. Room to refine copy, layout, and details.

Step 04
Final payment on launch

Remaining balance due when the site or CRM ships live.

Additional drafts: Beyond the initial draft plus 2 included revisions, further drafts are billed on top of the agreed project price at $100 per additional website draft and $150 per additional CRM draft. This isn't a punishment - it's a small nudge toward decisive feedback so a project doesn't quietly balloon into 10 rounds of nitpicks.
A note on timelines: Typical builds land in 1-2 weeks (website) or 1-3 weeks (CRM), but these ranges aren't fixed contracts. Timelines can shift when incoming project volume is high, when a client's feedback takes longer than expected, or when scope evolves mid-build. We communicate the moment anything on the schedule changes.
Add-Ons

Layer on what your build actually needs.

Each add-on is tagged with which OCS service it applies to. Universal website add-ons live at the top; anything real estate-specific is below.

For: Website

Virtual Tour Embed (per listing)

$199 per listing

For a specific listing YOU are actively representing: we embed a Matterport, iGuide, or 360-degree virtual tour directly on that listing's page. Full-screen viewer, mobile-friendly, integrated with the listing's photo gallery and lead-capture form so a browsing buyer can request a showing without leaving the tour. Price is per listing (a busy agent with 5 active listings would purchase 5). We do not produce the tour itself — you or your photographer capture the tour with your preferred provider (Matterport / iGuide / Zillow 3D Home / etc.); we handle the embed and page integration.

For: Website

Neighborhood Pages Pack

$500 (5 pages)

5 additional full-length landing pages, each dedicated to a specific neighborhood, town, or school district you actively serve. Each page includes: neighborhood overview + local character write-up, recent sold-listing stats (avg. price, days on market, price per sq ft), school ratings, walk / transit / bike scores, nearby amenities, neighborhood-specific market trend commentary, and a lead-capture form for 'new listings in this area' alerts. These pages are the core of local SEO for real estate — a well-built neighborhood page routinely outranks Zillow and Realtor.com for 'homes for sale in [neighborhood]' queries because Google reads them as authoritatively local. 5 pages is the recommended starter pack; additional pages are $80 each via the universal Additional Page add-on.

Included, No Charge

The invisible things we do so you don't have to.

Every OCS website build ships with these ten things done for you - the technical basics that make the difference between a site Google actually indexes and one that never shows up. In plain English, here's what that means.

Google Search Console + sitemap submission

We register your site with Google, submit your sitemap, and confirm every page is discoverable. This is how Google actually finds new pages - without it your site could sit unindexed for weeks.

Domain connection + DNS setup

We handle your domain end-to-end. If you already have a domain (GoDaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap), we point it at the site. If you don't, we help you buy one. No 'you sort out the DNS records' handoff.

sitemap.xml (machine-readable page directory)

A sitemap.xml is a small file that lists every page on your site in a format search engines read. Think of it as a table of contents for Google - it tells search engines what exists so nothing gets missed.

robots.txt (crawler instructions)

A robots.txt file tells search engines which parts of your site they're allowed to crawl. It protects your admin area, prevents wasted crawl budget on unimportant pages, and helps search engines focus on the pages that matter.

SSL / HTTPS certificate

The little padlock next to your URL. Without it, browsers show 'not secure' warnings that scare off customers. We install and renew it automatically.

Privacy Policy + Terms of Service (draft)

Every OCS build ships with professionally structured draft Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages tailored to a business collecting inquiry submissions and offering digital services online. These are starting drafts intended to give you a solid foundation before launch - they are not legal advice, and the final language you publish is your responsibility. We strongly recommend having your own attorney review and finalize both pages for your specific jurisdiction and business model. OCS does not review, warrant, or assume liability for the legal accuracy of these drafts.

Mobile responsive design

Your site works on every screen size from a 5-inch phone to a 27-inch monitor. Roughly 70% of your visitors will land from mobile - a site that's clunky on a phone is a site that loses jobs.

LocalBusiness schema markup

Structured data that tells search engines your business type, location, hours, services, and reviews in a format they can display directly in results. This is what powers rich search results and map-pack listings.

Included with every website tier

All ten are included with the Landing Page, Website, and every industry package. No upsells, no "starter" version, no "we'll get to it later."

Post-Launch Care

OCS Care - content updates, on demand.

Once your site is live, most businesses only need occasional updates - a menu change, a new team member, a color refresh. Care covers those on demand at $100 per update round. No monthly subscription, no minimum, no cancellation to remember - you pay only when you actually need a change made.

The mental model: content, not construction. If it changes what's on the site (words, prices, photos, listings), Care covers it. If it changes what the site can do (new pages, new features, new integrations), it's scoped and quoted as regular project work.
What Care covers
  • Text and copy edits (headlines, body copy, contact info, hours)
  • Color and font tweaks within your existing design system
  • Product, service, menu item, rental unit, vehicle, or listing changes (add / edit / remove within the existing structure)
  • Staff, attorney, agent, or team bio updates
  • Image swaps and gallery updates
  • Priority email support during the update window
What Care does not cover
  • New pages, new sections, or major layout changes
  • New features or functionality of any kind
  • Third-party integrations (payment, POS, CRM sync, MLS feeds, chatbots, etc.)
  • Checkout setup or e-commerce additions
  • Any item from the OCS add-on menu
  • CRM changes of any kind - all CRM change requests are quoted separately
These items still get built - they're scoped as a normal project quote instead of a Care update.
Available on every website build

Care is available across every industry and every website tier. Reach out any time after launch with a batch of updates - each round is billed at $100 per update round and typically delivered within a few business days.

Request a Care update round
You own what we build

Every OCS build is delivered so you own it end to end.

When a project is complete you retain every pertinent file - source code, design assets, hosting credentials, DNS access, database exports where applicable, and documentation. Nothing is locked behind an OCS-only account. If you ever want to bring in another developer or agency to continue the work, you can. The build is yours.

One honest caveat: once a build has been modified by a third party, OCS cannot guarantee that we can continue to support it or make future changes. Third-party edits can introduce dependencies, stylistic differences, and technical decisions we did not make and do not fully own. If you plan to return to OCS for ongoing work, we recommend keeping structural changes routed through us - but the choice is entirely yours, and the code is entirely yours.

What you're buying

OCS sells the custom code built for your project. Initial deployment to your infrastructure (hosting, database, email, domain) is complimentary at launch. Those services are operated by independent third parties (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, your registrar) under their own terms, pricing, and uptime.

CRM systems hold your business data. You are responsible for regular backups of the database, email templates, and configuration. We strongly recommend scheduled database exports to a location independent of your primary provider. OCS can set up managed backups as a paid add-on if you want that handled for you.

Frequently Asked

Common questions from real estate.

Can you integrate with my local MLS?

Yes - we integrate with most NJ MLS boards via IDX providers (iHomefinder, Showcase IDX, IDX Broker) or direct RESO Web API feeds where available. Setup takes 1-2 weeks including MLS board approval.

What CRM do you replace - Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, kvCORE?

Any of them, if you want. Some clients keep their existing CRM and just have us build the website to feed leads into it. Others replace the CRM entirely so everything's one system.

Do you handle the compliance stuff (fair housing, ADA)?

Yes. All OCS real estate builds include fair housing disclosures, ADA-accessible design (WCAG 2.1 AA target), and equal housing opportunity language.
